INGREDIENTS:

For Chocolate Cake

  • 50 grams ( 1/3 cup + 2 tsp) All purpose Flour
  • 7 grams ( 1 tbsp) Cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • 50 grams ( ¼ cup) Granulated Sugar
  • 30 ml ( 2 tbsp) Vegetable oil
  • 60 ml ( ¼ cup) Boiling water
  • ¼ tsp Instant Coffee Powder
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar

For Nutella Ice Cream

  • 250 ml (1 cup ) Heavy cream / Whipping cream ( 36% fat )
  • 30 grams ( 2 tbsp ) Condensed Milk
  • 70 grams ( ¼ cup ) Nutella

For Garnish

  • 100 grams ( ½ cup ) Chopped Semi sweet chocolate
  • 100 ml Heavy cream
  • 50 grams Chopped Toasted Hazelnut
  • 3 Ferrero Rocher

The ice cream and the cake go beautifully together. It was amazing. The ice cream coming out through is just enough to make it feel rich and oh-so-indulgent. The ice cream and Ferrero Rocher crust was beautiful and the melted chocolate in there definitely helped.
