What could be better to serve than delightful Tutti Frutti cookies to the guests come to see you. It is as easier to bake as relishing it seems. These crust cookies with Tutti Frutti inside just tastes delicious and undoubtedly in the list of favourites of all kids. It can also be served with tea or coffee.


  • All purpose flour (maida) – 1 ¼ cup
  • Milk powder – 3 tbsp
  • Baking powder – ¼ tsp
  • Butter – ¾ cup
  • Powdered sugar – ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence / Mix fruit essence– 1 tsp
  • Tutti Frutti – 1/3 cup


  1. Sieve together all purpose flour, milk powder and baking powder.
  2. Whip together in bowl butter, sugar and essence till it becomes light and fluffy.
  3. Now add to it the flour mixture and Tutti Frutti (keep little amount of Tutti Frutti aside for topping the cookies). Mix gently to make smooth dough.
  4. Make about 18-20 equal portions of the dough. Grease your palm with butter and shaping them into round flat cookies sprinkle the left Tutti Frutti on it for topping after placing it on the baking tray.
  5. Finally, bake them in a preheated oven at 140 deg c until light brown (it takes nearly 20 minutes). You can use roasted almond, cashew nuts or walnuts in place of Tutti Frutti.
