A great clear skin, free from Oil, pimples, acne and black heads is we all love to have. But the scary pimple that screams to squeeze it or that bothering  Oil on the face is so much irksome and annoying. Some of these skin problems can be the result of wrong food habits, improper care, pollution and hectic lifestyle. With proper daily care you can get a clear skin. Just follow these simple steps everyday and get clear skin.

1. Drink water

Drinking adequate amount of water daily will lead to improvement in your skin. It is because water moisturizes your skin and flushes out the toxins that help clear skin from within. Make a habit to drink water or lemon water empty stomach for better results.

Exercising can help get you clear and vibrant skin. It will precipitate the toxins out from the body through your skin. So, make exercise part of your daily routine. If not every day, workout at least three times a week.

Include in your diet, fruits which are high in antioxidants, salads and leafy vegetables containing Beta Carotene that repairs skin cells. Nutrition can help minimize or prevent acne and wrinkles that occur at different times in your life and enhance your skin’s natural beauty. Avoid junk food as much as you can. The first step to clear your skin is opening all your dirty pores and cleaning it. Dip a towel into hot water (not too much). Clean your face with this towel. This water with steam will open the pores and remove the dirt inside.

Don’t forget to wash your hands with soap and warm water before you start cleansing. Since, you don’t want dirt from your hands to get back on your skin. Prefer a facial cleanser that suits your skin type and stick to it rather than going for new one every time. Pour some cleanser on your palms, and massage the cleanser onto your face for 30 seconds in circular motions. Rinse with warm water as cold water closes pores while warm/hot water opens them. Using a towel, pat dry your face lightly.

Exfoliating skin means less dead skin, clogged pores, break-outs, and blackheads! You can use any mild exfoliating product or natural exfoliants. For making natural exfoliant, mix three tablespoons of sugar with one tablespoon of water. Mix the two ingredients. Wet your palms and apply the mixture of sugar granules and water onto your face. Now massage in circular motions for a minute or two. Rinse with warm water after exfoliating.

7. Tone

Grate half fresh cucumber and add 1/4 cup of curd to it. Apply this pack on your face and leave it for 5-10 minutes and then rinse with normal water. This natural face toner is very effective for all types of skin. You can also use raw milk for toning your skin.

 

8. Night care

After all day long, you might be exhausted. But the last in the routine is equally important. Wash your face and apply a moisturizing cream before going to bed. This will remove the accumulated dirt, repair and moisturize your skin.
