Who doesn’t crave for beautiful, even and glowing skin? And it isn’t that hard to achieve. Wait! This one is not one of those claiming your skin can turn white from brown because we believe brown is beautiful too. Though in India still people are obsessed with the concept of beauty means white skin. This one is not the same so kindly don’t interpret healthy, glowing and beautiful skin with that of fair one.

It’s just the glaze of skin which you have lost over the years makes you feel less beautiful. Regular sun exposure, tan your skin leaving it dull and damaged. A good care with consistent efforts can give you that flawless beautiful skin and your skin can definitely become much better.

For this with external care, your face also need some extra care that aids in getting the flawless skin you desire to owe.

  • For that you must have stress free sound sleep of about 8 hours.
  • You should drink atleast 8-10 glass of water that keeps your skin hydrated as well as flush out toxins from your body.
  • Exercise regularly as it removes toxins with perspiration and opens up the pores also improving blood circulation which helps deaccelerating ageing process as well as wrinkles. Remember to wash off your face after work out.
  • Eating right food is equally important. Avoid junk food, beverages and untimely eating. Include fruits and food in your diet which are high in anti oxidants, beta carotene , vitamin A,C and E.

Here are some very easy , quick and effective ways to get steadily radiant skin naturally.

1. Red Lentils (masoor dal) and raw milk

Soak 2 tbsp red lentils (masoor dal) in raw milk for 2 hours. Can add cream for dry skin. Grind them and make a smooth paste. Apply all over the face. Keep it for 10-15 mins. Wash your face with warm water. You can instantly feel your skin smoother.

[OPTION- If you don’t have time to soak it for two hours you can make instant paste with masoor dal flour.]

2. Banana And Honey

Take half banana and mash it. Add 1-2 tbsp honey and make a paste. Apply gently on your face. Keep it for 15-20 mins then wash it off. This 2 ingredient recipe is great to achieve flawless and glowing skin.

3. Potato, Milk and Turmeric powder

Grind 1 raw potato. Add a pinch of turmeric powder and milk with cream as required to form paste. Apply the paste on your face and keep it for 15 mins. Wash off with warm water. Can refrigerate paste for 3-4 days. Use alternate days.

[Note-Wash immediately if having burning sensation or irritation on skin. ]

4. Almonds and milk

Soak 15 almonds overnight in water. Take soaked almonds and add milk so as to make smooth paste by grinding. You can store this paste for 4-5 days in refrigerator. Apply this smooth paste on your face and wash off with warm water after drying. You will start noticing difference in a week.

5. Honey and Milk

If you are running out of time then this one is for you. Simple and effective. Mix honey and raw milk in equal proportions. Cleanse your face using cotton balls then again apply it and keep it for 20 mins. Wash your face with warm water.

6. Bread And Milk

Take a bread and milk in a bowl. Mash it properly with your hand. Apply over the face and scrub gently and leave it for 10 mins then wash it off. It makes your skin soft and removes dead skin gently.

7. Glycerine And Rose Water

Mix glycerine and rose water in equal proportions in a small bottle. You can also add saffron strands. Shake the mixture well. Apply it and leave it. You can use it as moisturizer too. Preferable if u apply it before going to bed. Using it regularly helps in getting even toned ravishing glowing skin.

[Note- Avoid using the mixture during day time as it attracts dust]


8. Yogurt and cucumber

Take 4 tbsp yogurt in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp cucumber juice to it. Mix it well. Apply it on your face. Keep it for 15 min for beautiful glowing skin then wash it off. It helps in removing tan.

9. Mint Leaves (Pudina)

Take 10-12 pudina (mint leaves). Crush it finely.

Apply it gently and leave it for 10-15 mins. Wash off with cold water.

10. Raw Milk

Only applying raw milk is also very effective in getting clear glowing skin. You can cleanse your face twice or thrice a day with it using cotton balls.

For better results apply the given masks daily.

If you are using lemon juice in any face mask it makes your skin a little sensitive to sun. You can apply sun block before stepping out in sun. Avoid getting out when sun is on head.
