However, each person has their own definition of balance that relies on how they perceive and deal with everyday events in life. Despite the subjectivity of the term, it is divided into 7 categories. The challenge is to maintain harmony between these 7 dimensions, hence the word ‘balance’ that appears in the definition. If any one of these is either underdone or overdone, the entire wellness of a person is thrown out of sync. So, we do not know if the color yellow is, in fact, the color yellow, and we do not know if up is actually up or if down really is down. We just adopt a concept for the sake of convenience. But a thing that every human is sure of is inside and outside i.e., you know what is within you is different from what is outside of you in your surroundings. It is the inside that a person has to work on to thrive in the outside world. While many may look for solutions to inner turbulence, it would be misleading to think that there are any.
