These peach cookies are a rage all over the pinterest. And why not! These delectable peach cookies look so irresistible. Plus if you are serving peach cookies to your friends, they will never know how easy they are to make (unless you tell them) and will be impressed by your peach making skills. So, transform your cookies into these easy DIY peach cookies that’s sure to be the centerpiece of your next party table.

 
 

For the Peach Cookies you will need…

  • Granulated sugar – 1/4 cup
  • Milk – 2 tbsp
  • Yellow food coloring – 6 drops
  • Red food coloring – 4 drops
  • Nilla wafers or any other cookie of your choice – 24
  • Peach jelly – 1/4 cup
  • Mint leaves – 12

Special equipment:
Food-safe paint brushes

Method

  1. Place granulated sugar into a low dish and set aside. In two small bowls add 1 tablespoon of milk to each bowl and food coloring. Swirl gently but do not mix.
  2. Using a food-safe brush paint the tops of each cookie with a mixture of yellow and red milk and then dip the whole top of the cookie in granulated sugar. Continue with the rest of the cookies.
  3. Take one cookie and flip it over. Spread an even layer of peach jelly on the non-decorated side of the cookie and sandwich it together with another cookie. Place a mint leaf in the center. Repeat with the remaining cookies.

Yield: 12 Servings
